Ambrose Healthcare wins National Life Sciences Start-Up of the Year Award

Ambrose Healthcare Ltd (Ambrose Healthcare), a specialist pharmaceutical company in rare diseases and hospital care, has won National Life Sciences Start-Up of the Year at the annual MediWales Innovation Awards.




The award recognizes Ambrose’s innovative approach to accelerating drug development and supply for the 94% of rare diseases without an approved treatment[1]. It’s estimated there are more than 10,000 rare diseases, affecting about 400 million people worldwide.[2,3]  


Ambrose is building an axis of innovation from its Welsh headquarters to the United States and the Middle East through collaborations and new technology, including artificial intelligence.
