The Ambrose team is no stranger to the rare disease space. We witnessed physicians struggle to treat patients, drugs narrowly miss trial endpoints because patients weren’t involved in setting meaningful endpoints, and watched promising drugs in the industry stall.

Understanding the market opportunity and the patient needs, we are building a new business with a double-bottom line: balancing financial performance and social responsibility.
Growing ahead of plan
Since our launch in early 2023, we have assembled an expert team, acquired drug candidates ahead of schedule and appointed an expert medical advisory board to support our clinical developments. In addition, we established a global network of rare disease experts and organizations to collaborate with on our Early Access Programs, clinical trials, manufacturing, IP development and regulatory approvals, and initiated our MagnetID rare disease analytics service.

The team have more than 200 years' experience in pharmaceuticals, raised £200m and delivered £1bn of value. Together they bring expertise in bringing new treatments to market and a curiosity for doing things differently.
We operate a model of 'entrepreneurship without borders' - operating with diversity across geography, subject matter expertise, gender and age. As we develop our team, we consistently evaluate if we are incorporating a sufficient range of perspectives.
